Rev 696105.
I implemented a registry of allowed plugin repos, that can include the user/pw
credentials for access. The space for entering user/pw in the console to fetch
a geronimo-plugins.xml catalog is likely now non-functional.
I think the console needs to be able to manage the allowed plugin repo registry.
