Console / Installed Web Applications:
When you Restart a inPlace deployed web application, and there are errors in
web.xml now, Geronimo only deploys "Lifecycle operation failed", no further
info. Neither is there anything in geronimo.log
The original exception should be displayed on the console and a stacktrace
should be in geronimo.log
