It is desired to have some sort of filter function on the custom server
assembly portlet. If a user types "ejb", he can see all ejb related plugins.
If a user types "ejb jms", he can see all ejb and jms related plugins.
It is also desired to have an expert user mode so that a user can see all the
system plugins optionally.
