Hey Guys....
i tried to deploy the "greatcow" social network into my geronimo as well as
other ".war"s.....like xwikis...
Some of them produce the error message:
Deployment failed:
Cannot handle web plan with namespace -- expecting
http://geronimo.apache.org/xml/ns/j2ee/web-2.0.1 or
http://geronimo.apache.org/xml/ns/j2ee/web/tomcat-2.0 .1
well....i tried to deploy them in the 2.0.1 geronimo and another message
respond:
Deployment failed:
org.apache.geronimo.common.DeploymentException: Cannot handle web plan with
namespace -- expecting http://geronimo.apache.org/xml/ns/j2ee/web-2.0 or
http://geronimo.apache.org/xml/ns/j2ee/web/tomcat-2.0
i am konfused.....where does the error have his beginning... is it possible,
that the missing geronimo-web.xml ist the problem???? ..... does a tool exists
with which i could create a geronimo-web.xml matched to my several applications
(war) which all runs perfectly included in tomcat-only???
