Resolution: Won't Fix
Downloading the poms you mention should take less than 15 seconds. There must
be something wrong with your maven setup such as including a non-responsive
repository or using a broken repo manager.
If you want help figuring out what is wrong the user list or irc might be more
appropriate.
If you mentioned this problem somewhere before I certainly missed it.... where?
