In GERONIMO-4362, code was added to allow users to filter plugins in the server
assembly portlet. The idea was to use plugin category as tagging to represent
the functions of the plugin. This works great for the console, but when I
started to use gshell, I found out that it generated too many categories (every
single plugin group has a different category name).
I propose to filter plugins by both the category and name columns in the
portlet so that we can put all plugin groups in one category to make things
look a bit nicer on gshell deploy/assembly command.
