Argh. Afraid that's not much better, either... I hadn't really looked
at what was in the spec-parent. Each of these notices/licenses needs
to be specific to each release. As is, they're documenting license and
notice information that is incorrect...
I've fixed the concurrent spec. All others need to be examined and
updated as appropriate.
