Hi,
I think the error you saw is a minor prob, as both of these directories are
supposed to be empty. I don't think these exceptions should impact the
behavior of the server.
For your 2nd scenario, I think shared dir is empty in the sharedlib plugin, but
I can understand why we want the empty directories there to guide users. I
think it is reasonable to add an empty file to fix it.
For your 3rd scenario, I don't understand the purpose of the empty schema
folder thus I propose to remove it off the geronimo-plugin.xml file of
axis-deployer.
