1. start geronimo server
2. remove file $HOME/.geronimo-deployer
3. run gsh to enter gshell mode
4. run deploy/login -u username -w password to save the username and password
5. run deploy/connect
6. run deploy/list-modules
output: ERROR IllegalStateException:Disconnected
if run deploy/list-plugins, output will be ERROR NullPointException:null
