App client still can run after stop app client server env module

Steps:
1.Deploy the attached app client to g server, client env module is
sample/appclient/1.0/car, server env module is sample/appserver/1.0/car.
and sample/appserver/1.0/car status is running
2.I stopped sample/appserver/1.0/car, run command :client.bat/client.sh
sample/appclient/1.0/car, it still can work, and print out string.
So any one familiar with standalone app client running behavior give some
hints?Whether app client server module status is stopped or running, app client
still can run?Thanks.
