Can Edit JMS Resource Parameters after create it

In current G server, if i create a JMS resource, i should set all paramets when
create it, after creation, if i want to tune ActivMQ performance via set Queue
or topic PoolSize, i should delete this JMS resource, and re-create one with
different configuraiton.So improve edit action in JMS resource.
