1) Do we want to include How to install Geronimo Eclipse Plugin v2.1.4<http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxDOC21/how-to-install-geronimo-eclipse-plugin-v214.html>in this page as the section is for older release and so for gep V2.1.4 I guess it is not required. 2) PLUGIN_RELEASE-NOTES-2.1.4.txt<http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=GMOxDOC21&title=PLUGIN_RELEASE-NOTES-2.1.4.txt&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=96518> seems to be broken.
