As our prior vote concluded we should wait till 2.1.4 was released and
now it has been, I've put in our Nexus request.

Anyone who wishes to be able to deploy snapshots or do releases should
file a JIRA in the 'Nexus' category requesting an account. As there's
just one guy, Brian Fox, doing all this work, please wait till after
JavaOne to file your request if you've never deployed snapshots or
done a release before. Hopefully we can get the project setup with a
few active publishers soon.
