IIUC this is most likely caused by one of three commits
780269 something about XSSXSRFFilter
780368 something about DeploymentPortlet
780371 something about PluginInstallerGBean
Since the some of the failing tests don't look like they relate to
DeploymentPortlet or PluginInstallerGBean I'd look first at the
XSSXSRFFilter patch. It looks pretty innocuous to me, but I don't
know what it does :-/
