Use released pluto 1.1.6 and implement icon handling in geronimo code that
replaces appropriate pluto classes.

Pluto has applied the bug fixes we have in out pluto version. What's left is
the icon handling which I have some doubts about including in pluto itself.
However we can easily subclass or replace the appropriate pluto classes to get
this functionality.
