Your patches are getting more and more better; I have collected your patches
and added some more changed which can be applied against the current trunk
revision 788843.
/maven/org/apache/geronimo/assemblies/geronimo-tomcat6-javaee5/2.1.4/geronimo-tomcat6-javaee5-2.1.4-bin.zip
must always be manually donloaded for building.
A test fails at the end as described below. However, the resulting deployable
file works nicely in my environment, I can build my projects and deploy to a
existing server.
