external war changes rev 794787.
geronimo patched rev 794898, use the new war, remove unused jars from svn repo,
remove unused geronimo-dojo-legacy war project.
The dojo trees in the console viewer portlets look like they basically work but
like some images are missing -- the trees don't seem to have the symbols at the
start of each line. Rex, could you investigate?
