Hi Rodger,
Since user can also access admin console with embedded browser in eclipse, it's
better to make user create an external module as part of the application
deployment plan. That will be useful for developers, they don't need to write a
separate deployment plan for the external module. Then, no need for them to
open the admin console. All the job can be done through the wizard.
