Fix For: 2.2
Create two monitoring artifacts via EJB on local server; one monitors the local
server(server A), and the other monitors a remote one(server B). Meanwhile,
create two on the remote server; one for A and the other one for B.
Enable queries on the local server, you will find various problems occurred
when trying to enable them on the remote server.
