Seems mod_jk does not work with G 2.2 tomcat connector anymore. More info is
provided here:
1. I can make mod_jk working with tomcat 6.0.20 without problem
2. I can make mod_jk working with G 2.1.4 without problem
3. Cannot make mod_jk working with new G 2.2 tomcat AJP connector. After quite
a while request waiting, the browser returns:
"Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server"
In the mod_jk log "apache_mod_jk.log", the error info shows:
[Fri Aug 28 05:26:50.310 2009] [25197:3084990144] [error]
ajp_get_reply::jk_ajp_common.c (1962): (geronimo_ajp13) Tomcat is down or
refused connection. No response has been sent to the client (yet)

ajp_service::jk_ajp_common.c (2447): (geronimo_ajp13) sending request to tomcat
failed (recoverable), (attempt=2)

failed.
Firstly, I suspect if the defined Executor in G 2.2 tomcat server.xml breaks
things, so I remove it from AJP connector definiton, but it still does not work.
