Problems exist when importing database pool from WebLogic 8.1

When I tried to import an existing database pool from WebLogic 8.1, I found
following problems.

Once you have set all the parameters, and "test connection", the next page
won't show you any information whether you can successfully connect to the
database or you just failed.
Besides, more serious problem is that even if you didn't successfully connect
to the database, you can still deploy it, and its status also shows "Running".
