Attachment: geronimo-singleton-support-geronimo.patch
Replaces the previous singleton.patch. This still depends on the
SingletonDeploymentGBean.java to be created.
This patch adds the support (same as singleton.patch), but also fixes a
deadlock when the @Startup annotation is used on a @Singleton session bean.
This patch also depends on OPENEJB-1092.
