Yep, found the answer about 30 seconds ago myself. Looks like this is
another package where we need to switch to a bundlized version.

Where do we pick up the javax.wsdl classes from? I'm not finding them
anywhere in specs. Are these picked up from the jre also and require a
something similar to the fix for javax.transaction?
