Provide a patch for jms-mdb sample application in 2.2, which add 3 geronimo
specific files to make sure the sample could be deployed on server successfully.
The source code of the jms-mdb sample with this patch can be built
successfully..
please help to review the patch. I'll update the document when this patch is
committed.
