After applying changes as per GERONIMO-4900 we no longer use the paradigm of
_X_SLAVE instead we create a master as per geronimo 2.2 _X_MASTER. As a result
there are modifications in the way we undeploy the application which is as
follows:
deploy --user system --password manager undeploy
default/ClusterTestEAR_G_MASTER/1.0/ear
