Next step, I would like to move those Jar related methods in the DeploymentUtil
to JarUtil class in the kernel, for jar operations should be a common util
package. Another reason is that I wish to use jarDirectory in the
RepositoryConfigurationStore, so that I could repackage the web application in
the deployment.
