Currently, the specs project has a subproject named
geronimo-annotation_1.0-MR1_spec that contains the JEE6 changes for the common
annotations. However, the final JEE6 spec identifies this update as a 1.1
version, not as a MR1 version, so we should have a jar that matches the JEE6
naming terminology.
