I was just applying the patches, so I'm not sure if the work is done or not.
I'm a little concerned about the EL dependency, which is at a SNAPSHOT level
currently. This might also require releasing the EL spec (which should be
ready to go too, I believe).
My Linux system is in the process of being rebuilt right now, and I've never
successfully gotten the signing and release plugin to work correctly on
Windows. If you could pick up dong the release, that would be great.
