In the cxf 2.0.12, it maintanes a key mapping in the webservicecontext,
Geronimo needs to change to cxf keys. Like HTTP.REQUEST, not the
MessageContext.SERVLET_REQUEST, etc.
Also need to check whether other cxf builds are affected.
