Committed updates in revision 918677. By default (just like before)
car-maven-plugin will use Felix. To use Equinox run maven with
-Dframework=equinox property.
There is a problem in Equinox that caused Equinox to act differently went it
was started for the second time in the same JVM. I added a small and temporary
hack for this problem in car-maven-plugin.
