Section 3.6.2 of the JPA 2.0 spec specifies that the in Java EE environments, a
ValidatorFactory instance be made available by the Java EE container. This
instance is passed to the persistence provider via a property on the
createContainerEntityManagerFactory() call. This might require
implementation/integration with OpenEJB.
