Committed fixes for this problem in revision 941340. The gbean proxies did not
quite work in OSGi environment. Each proxy required access to some cglib
classes but not every bundle was importing the cglib packages. To fix this,
when a proxy is created, a proxy classloader is constructed that can delegates
the calls to the original classloader and a classloader that has access to the
cglib classes.
