I couldn't find any problems with 2.2.1 building the server so I commtted the
changes. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-5290

I'm having trouble running the testsuite and the it profile with both 2.2.1 and
3 but the automated tests don't seem to be having problems with 2.2.1 with the
testsuite.

Let me know if this causes any problems.
