I updated the descriptions and portlet infos based on the comments. Help
messages are also updated accordingly.
I'm attaching a patch for branch/2.2 for review. If the patch is accepted, I'll
provide the Simpl.Chinese version of the update as well as for branch/2.1 and
trunk.
