I saw free Aries tools has been added as v30.core dependency. But it will cause
build failure,because there is no maven artifact for Aries tools when we build
v30.core. So I update the build script to download free Aries tools to avoid
build failure.
Update the build script in revision #946857. If any problem, please let me know.
