rev 948268 introduces the idea of Module having sub modules and modifies the
EjbModuleBuilder to be both a ModuleBuilder and ModuleBuilderExtension. This
should let us support not only ejbs in wars but also rars in wars, ejbs, and
clients, and ejbs in clients. This does not yet support the ridiculous
requirement that java:comp be shared across all the ejbs in the war... what's
java:module for anyway?
