Rev 957655 converted the rest of the ee dds to use jaxb. A few problems are
popping up, will wait a little longer to close this.
We aren't trying to use jaxb for the geronimo plans yet. We'd need to make
sure we can compile separate jaxb trees for each ee module type or deployer to
preserve our plugability.
