Resolution: Fixed
For GEP 3.0M1, we update maven-assembly-plugin to 2.2-beta-4. It will cause
v30.feature content directly to go in "features" directory, instead of creating
a directory to hold v30.feature content. To correct this, we need to remove
"outputFileNameMapping" for v30.feature in deployable.xml.
