AFAIK, WTP doesn't care if the server is full JEE6 compliant or Web Profile
compliant. It support all types of JEE6 modules. If we need to distinguish
Geronimo JEE6 server and Geronimo Web Profile Server, we need a flag in server
installation to indicate this. Then, GEP will check project to be deployed per
server type.
This task affect several tasks:
GERONIMODEVTOOLS-632,GERONIMODEVTOOLS-633,GERONIMODEVTOOLS-634.
