Install the booknew application attached to Jira GERONIMO-5553 and click on the
console "Web app WARs" link. Click on the URL assocated with the "/booknew"
application. The application opens inside the console frame with the bottom
control of the application truncated. On Geronimo 2.2, clicking on this link
navigates away from the control frame and the application displays correctly.
