How to add a new version number into "Affects Version/s" and "Fix Version/s" field in jira?

Can anyone tell me how to add a new version number into "Affects Version/s"
and "Fix Version/s" field in jira project?

I want to add some new version numbers for
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DAYTRADER.
