The Spec added optional @Interceptor/@InterceptorBinding annotations.
The @Interceptor annotation may be used to explicitly designate a class as an
interceptor class. Support for this annotation is not required.
The @InterceptorBinding annotation specifies that an annotation type is an
interceptor binding type. Support for this annotation is not required.
Run testsuite\javaee6-testsuite\interceptors1.1-test in the G30, 1 test fails
because the server does't support the @Interceptor/@InterceptorBinding
annotations.
