There's a NPE in MultiPoolConnectionInterceptor.returnConnection when a
non-zero minPoolSize is used and a connection originating from the pre-fill of
the pool is returned.
Applies to the 3.1 version of geronimo-connector; but the bug is here since at
least 2.1.3 (and probably forever).
Patch and unit test attached.
