The portlet cannot be started due to and unnecessary 'Import-Package'
(org.apache.geronimo.console.databasemanager.wizard) in
sysdb-console-jetty-3.0-SNAPSHOT.car/MANIFEST.MF. This issue is related to
[GERONIMO-5680|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-5680].
The workaround for enabling the portlet for testing purpose is to remove
'org.apache.geronimo.console.databasemanager.wizard' from 'Import-Package' in
'sysdb-console-jetty-3.0-SNAPSHOT.car/MANIFEST.MF' manually.
