A bug in Karaf (KARAF-428) causes obr:addurl and obr:removeurl commands to
generate an incorrect "obr.repository.url" property in etc/config.properties
file. This problem is fixed in latest Karaf code but since the updated Karaf
version probably won't be included in 3.0 M2 a work-around for this problem can
be included in Geronimo.
