The migration wiki page says to use the generic tranql adapter:
deploy --user system --password manager deploy
<brokerage_home>\plan\mysql-geronimo-plan.xml
<geronimo_home>\repository\org\tranql\tranql-connector-ra\1.3\tranql-connector-ra-1.3.rar
which requires you to set the driver and url since it doesn't know what you
want. You are using a mysql-specific tranql adapter that knows you want to use
mysql do you don't need to specify the driver and it uses a more mysql-specific
way of specifying the database.
I'm not sure why you aren't seeing the db wizard in the admin console.
