Some additional observations:
On Linux, the Geronimo banner and prompt shows unescaped ansi characters. I
believe this is fixed in Karaf 2.2.0.
Also, pressing "tab" doesn't work - it doesn't display the list of commands or
does auto-complete. I don't know if we can do anything about it.
