environment: ubuntu 10.10x86,oracle jdk 1.6.0_23
1.Use the build 2011.03.25-07:50:50.807+0800 and start the server successfully
2.Do steps as the doc
instructions:https://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxDOC30/running-geronimo-as-a-linux-service.html
Run command:<geronimo_home>/bin./gserviceReg.sh add <service_name>, installed a
geronimo service successfully.
3.Run the command:<service_name> stop
Thougth cmd console show stop server successfully, the server doesn't stop at
all.
4.Stop geronimo server using:./shutdown in <geronimo_home>/bin directory.
5.Run the command:<service_name> start
The cmd console display message:
"Starting Server
start-stop-daemon: unable to stat
/lyl/g3.0/geronimo-tomcat7-javaee6-3.0-SNAPSHOT/bin/geronimo.sh (No such file
or directory)"
6.Run the command:<service_name> start again,the cmd console display message:
Server is started already
But in fact the server hasn't beeb started yet.
