"Start application after installation" function in admin console doesn't work
well for redeploy application

1.Get the latest build April 19 of geronimo-tomcat7-javaee6-3.0-SNAPSHOT
2.Start the server if it's not started
3.Deploy a web application via "Deployer" in admin console and select checkbox
"Start application after installation"
4."Stop" this web application via "Web Apps(WAR)" on the left panel of admin
console
5.Redeploy this web appliction via "Deployer" and select "Redeploy application"
but not choose "Start application after installation"
6.Check the status of this web applcation via "Web Apps(WAR)" and found the
status is "Running" although the "Start application after installation"
function is not choosed.
