Sometimes it might be necessary to deal with resolved Aries applications.
Resolved Aries applications contain META-INF/DEPLOYMENT.MF descriptor file.
That file is usually generated during deployment and right now the only way to
get the DEPLOYMENT.MF file is to deploy the application. It would be nice to
provide a shell command which would resolve the application (generate the
DEPLOYMENT.MF) but not actually deploy it.
